She has received her under- graduate and Post- graduate training from the prestigious Seth G.S. Medical college and KEM hospital, Mumbai. She has specialized in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Voice surgery and has been a Visiting scholar in Laryngology and voice surgery at the MEEI, Boston, and UCSF, San Francisco, USA.
